1. Description of Service

PAYvify acts strictly as a technical integration agency. We provide deployment services connecting e-commerce platforms (like WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento) to third-party cryptocurrency payment infrastructures provided by Plisio. We do not hold, process, or transmit your crypto funds. We solely configure the software bridge linking your store to the decentralized blockchain network.

2. Pro Setup Service & Fees

The $49 Pro Setup fee compensates our engineering team for the technical labor of module installation, API creation, and backend configuration. This fee is strictly non-refundable once the integration work has commenced. The 0.5% flat transaction fee is not collected by us; it is charged directly by the underlying gateway infrastructure per successful transaction.

3. Merchant Obligations & Acceptable Use

By utilizing our setup, you guarantee that your business operates legally within its jurisdiction. You explicitly agree not to use the configured payment gateway to facilitate the sale of illegal goods, weapons, narcotics, or any activities prohibited by international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) directives. PAYvify reserves the right to refuse integration services to entities violating these core terms.

4. Blockchain Finality & Chargebacks

A fundamental feature of cryptocurrency is mathematical finality. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed. Therefore, PAYvify cannot issue refunds, reverse transactions, or resolve customer disputes on your behalf. The merchant assumes absolute control and operational responsibility for all funds received directly into their private wallet.

5. Limitation of Liability

PAYvify is not liable for any financial losses resulting from cryptocurrency market volatility, user error (such as providing incorrect wallet addresses during setup), or downtime of the underlying gateway API. We provide the technical bridge; the financial sovereignty and risk management remain entirely with the merchant.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, UI designs, and integration methodologies provided on PAYvify.io are the intellectual property of PAYvify. Third-party plugins and API documentation belong to their respective creators and open-source contributors (Plisio, WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

7. Modifications to Terms

PAYvify reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
